Refund policy

Tess Herbal  accepts return requests within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase. For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or altered soaps, skincare, body-care, and other personal-care products cannot be returned.

To request a return, email us at mailto:hello@tessherbal.store before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us at mailto:hello@tessherbal.store within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for opened or used personal-care products, customized products, sale items, or gift cards. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific product.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the desired product.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at mailto:hello@tessherbal.store
